Is Currents free?+
Yes. Currents is free to use, and every module is included.
Can I use Currents on the web and my iPhone?+
Yes — sign in with the same account at currents.love and in the iPhone app. Everything syncs in real time.
Why can I only post one Moment per day?+
Moments are a journal, not a highlight reel. One page per day keeps it honest and calm. You can edit today's Moment as the day goes on.
Who can see my posts?+
Exactly the audience you pick: Only Me, Specific People, Friends, Family, Friends & Family or Public. Moments let you choose per section.
How do I share a grocery list with my household?+
Create or join a household under Household, then turn on Share Grocery Lists. You can also invite individual friends to a single list from its Share menu.
How do I import a recipe?+
In Food → My Recipes, choose Import from URL and paste a link from any recipe site that publishes structured recipe data.
How do I block or report someone?+
Use the ••• menu on any post, comment, message or profile. Moderators review reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?+
Settings → Account → Delete account on the web, or Settings → Privacy on iPhone. Deletion is permanent and usually completes within minutes.
I forgot my password.+
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
